The process
How I build
I use AI coding agents — Claude Code, mainly — as my main way of writing software, not as an occasional assist. Most of the code in my shipped apps was written this way: I describe what I want, review what comes back, and iterate.
Most advice about building with AI is theory, so I'd rather show the work. The games and apps here are the proof, and the process is shared as it happens — including the parts that didn't go smoothly. Operation Sunset started as a browser Counter-Strike clone built in a single day — Three.js, a shared simulation, bots and a multiplayer server — and it's on day 43 of being built in public.
I stay in the driver's seat
The agent writes code; I set direction, review the changes and decide what ships.
Small, reviewable steps
Scoped changes I can actually read and verify — not one giant AI-generated dump.
Ship, then iterate
A real version in front of people beats polishing something nobody has used yet.
Quality still comes first
An AI agent doesn't lower the bar. It buys more time for the details: UX, privacy and reliability.
More in my own words: the mission and how I work.
